I have bought a new iphone and i haven’t used it but when i checked the serial number on apple check coverage , it shows me that this iphone is valid purshased date and repair&service coverage till February 3 ,2019

I want to know if it is used before i bought it or not .

Who did you buy the phone from? If you bought it from anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, the warranty started on the date it was sold from Apple inventory. In this case it doesn't matter what date you purchased or even what date you activate the phone.
Your phone may not be "used", but it was initially purchased on February 3 2018.
What about activation of new iphone ?
