what should I do for my Mac open...??

I have entered my iCloud account details but still not opening... How does this password look... It all happened after I tried to upgrade to a higher Sierra...

That is an EFI password. If you don't know what you set for that password, you will have to take it to an Apple Store with proof of ownership.
