Lost phone want to log on to Apple ID on another device

lost my iPhone and want to log on to my Apple id on another device but the trusted number required to log on is the phone I lost,how can I log in?

Lost phone forgot Apple ID password Desperate here… I lost my iPhone 8 (work phone). I don’t know my Apple ID password to log in to try and find it via other device. I go through the steps to reset Apple ID and it asks for my trusted phone number to give a code. Problem is the trusted phone is set to my lost phone. any ideas?
