How is the warrenty for new device after old one

after old broken device i received a new one is the warrenty for it is also new

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6

If you had an iPhone replaced under warranty, the replacement will have either the remainder of the original warranty or a 90 day warranty, whichever is longer.

If you meant something else, please explain.
