Warranty on replacement IPad Pro

I have been offered an IPad Pro which is an unused warranty replacement for a faulty device from Apple UK. Will this replacement IPad have a one year warranty? The seller says it does but I would like to make sure before I purchase.

The original purchaser will benefit from the balance of the remaining warranty from the original purchase. The “warranty clock” does not begin again when a device is replaced under warranty.
