enable messages for iCloud

hi, I've trying to enable messages for iCloud on my Mac, I've download the new iOS 11.4 on iPhone/ipad and messages for iCloud is activated on both, an new iTunes version was released and installed that. but doesn't seem to be a macOS update released, so don't know how to activate this. or am I missing something?

I am having exately the same issue. Installed macOS 10.13.5 yesterday (and it is correctely installed based on update history an "about your mac"). But the complete line with "Enable Message in iCloud" is missing.

I have already tried all tricks that were mentioned here, disables the account, rebootet... nothing works.


And yes, I have Two Factor Authentication enabled. :-(


Any further ideas, hints?
