My recent calls or missed calls won’t show

since the 26th of March the list of my recent calls haven’t changed but I make at least one phone call a day. it’s the same for facetime too. If i miss a call it doesn’t stay as a notification when my phone is locked it disappears straight away or show on missed calls.
