According to Apple's release notes, the watchOS 4.3.1 update also fixes a bug that could cause the Apple Watch to sometimes remain at the Apple Logo during startup for some users.

Apple Watch OS7.3 buggy. Since I updated to V7.3(18S801) my watch is all but unusable. It will rarely wake from sleep when I raise my wrist, and if it does it more often than not will be stuck at the Apple logo. A hard reset will sometimes force it into operation, but even then apps will lock up and the buttons cease to function. Is there any way to roll back to the previous OS?

How do I get my Watch to move past the Apple logo after a force restart? My Apple Watch 3 series was stuck in the middle of the OS8.7.1 software update for 2 days, so I tried to restart both the Watch and the iPhone. The phone restarted fine but the update was still stuck at the “downloading to watch” stage. Apple Watch would not restart, so I kept pushing buttons and inadvertently did a “force restart”. Now the Watch has been displaying the Apple logo for hours. How can I get my Watch to work again?

Perhaps I should clarify. What help were you expecting as a result of your post? General protocol is that people post questions and other people post answers to that question. Posting random statements is generally not done.

My issue was Apple logo after start-up, as with other AW users. 🙂
