This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple.

You can verify if you have any active Apple Music subscription by following the steps here:

Manage your Apple Music subscription on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV - Apple Support

There are also signs of a real email vs a fake one. Apple will never address you as "Dear Customer" "Client" or by your email address. They will always use the name the have on file for you which scammers generally won't have.

Emails from Apple should come from an address ending in @apple.com, and nothing else. Though these can be spoofed.

If the email has an attachment file of any kind, or has a link to a supposed "Cancellation Form" it is almost always fake.
