Orange liquid? inside macbook pro 2016 screen

Hello there,

I have bought this macbook right on the day it came out in November 2016.

No problem until recently, I noticed fainted orangy stains all over inside the screen and more recently a floating saturated orange, in what appears to be liquid as it's moving around inside the screen depending on gravity.

I live in Finland currently and went to the local authorised repair store, they have never seen this before, but didn;t leave my laptop there to get a quote because they have 4 days waiting time just to get an assessment done. I am wondering if anybody out there has had the same issue and what was the resolution on a laptop that is out of guarantee since 6 months?
