Missing back CE logo and where it made logo below on IPhone Print

This just depends on the country the iPhone is being made for some iphones for USA

Don't have the writing on the back iPhone for the European market have the CE

On the back.

That is correct; that information does not appear on the rear of an iPhone 8/8 Plus, just the Apple logo and the word "iPhone."

Again - depends on national laws/regulations. At least in the United States, there was some regulatory change that no longer requires that regulatory symbols/messages be on the exterior of an external device as long as they're available in the operating software.
