drake song I’m upset not working on Apple music

I had this issue with "That's How You Feel" just now. I deleted the download on my phone (but not my icloud). The song stayed on music (just had the cloud icon next to it) and the song suddenly played. I redownloaded and the song works fine. I'm using a 6S

Delete it from your library & re-add it again

Ive tried that already, then it still says its not able to play, the only way of listening to the song is when u look it up.
