I can’t receive my hotmail emails

Please help me as I cannot recieve my hotmail emails to the mail app on my iphone X.

I’ve checked the account settings on apple support;

Incoming IMAP Server: imap-mail.outlook.com

Server port: 993

Encryption: SSL

Outgoing SMTP Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com

Server port: 587

Encryption: TLS

Alternate IMAP server: imap.outlook.com

i’ve reset the app, my phone, deleted my hotmail acxount from the phone, re added it etc.

& still I get this silly message (screenshot below). Please help!
