Runtime Error on Website

I keep getting a runtime error on the same website when using Safari/Firefox/Google Chrome and it happens on my desk top Mac, Macbook, and iPhone. Apple support could not solve! Have cleared cache, cleared cookies and all website data. Still no solution....3rd party website is up and running. Here's the exact error message I get when I try to access the site--can anyone help??
