latest album art not displaying

I have an iPod Classic 160GB

I normally add my album art using mp3Tag. I have neevr had issues. However, within the past couple of months I've noticed that any new music I've added doesn't show the album art in the iPod.

However, when I check iTunes (v12.7.3.46), all of the album art displays properly. All other software is up to date. Please don't hate me but I'm on Windows 10 also. 😊

I already tried:

1. Powering off and then back on
2. Deleting the iTunes Album Art/Cache folder, closing iTunes and re-starting
3. Cut & paste some of the trouble art

All to no avail. Any thoughts?
