The network connection was lost on safari

We have a website and we are accessing that website in safari browser on iPhone which is same as accessing website on desktop. Safari console shows error as "https://xxxx Failed to load resource: The network connection was lost." while accessing our website which is running on iphone (OS version 11.3 and above).

iPhone 6, iOS 11.3, 11.3 above

Not really. Macs run on MacOS. iPhone's run iOS. Two different operating systems.


Try this on the iPhone.


Tap Settings > Safari then swipe down and tap Clear History & Website Data then restart your iPhone then try your website.

thanks for your suggestion!!


We have already tried the solution which you have suggested to us but it does not work. We switch from our website to authentication mechanism app and comes back on website page from authentication mechanism. Error occurs only when we comes on website from authentication mechanism app(authentication mechanism -> website)(Website -> authentication mechanism works properly). During that time connection get lost or you could say it is not in focus during that time. It works properly when we run website on one iphone and authentication mechanism on another iphone.
