Apple ID suggestions

When I open my settings there are two little red notifications next to ‘Apple ID Suggestions’ when I click on it to update these two things I get a notification saying “Verification Failed- there was a problem connecting to the server”

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Apple ID Suggestion Why i cant open the APPLE ID SUGGESTION in the settings, it keeps on showing an error message "Verification Failed, there was a problem connecting to server". I did everything, I am connected to wifi and evrything but still not working.

What do I do if I get a notice that says CANNOTverify server identity every 3 seconds What can I do to get rid of a notification that comes to my home screen every three seconds? It says ‘Cannot verify server identity’ and won’t go way!
