iPhone is automatically turning to silent

Hi,

Please help me to sort this issue, I am using iPhone 6S Plus and now facing an issue with my phone that, it is automatically turning to silent and coming back to normal.

it is keep on turning to silent mode if I make manually then also it is turning to silent.

kindly help me
