How do i remove icloud email address from apple id

i went into appleid.apple.com account settings it had a question mark beside my icloud EMAIL address and was greyed out. The icloud email address was not relvant or accurate to me in anyway, i think my kids, wife or somebody set the icloud email up like that on accident!!! Does anyone know how to change and detach/delete the icloud email?; from the apple id account. The other addresses had a "x" beside.

The option to change the apple id was an option so i tried to but it did not change the icloud email address. PLEASE HELP ... lol Ive tried contacting apple but theyre understanding nothing about this, it shouldnt be this difficult to delete icloud email attached to an account... ha...

also, how do i delete files like photos, notes, etc... from iCloud?. I tried going to icloud.com but it only has 3 log in options, options to loging into are "find my iphone/device", "find my friends" and "set up icloud on this device".

And my last how to question is where is the option to log into your actual icloud account via web.
