Error 4013

iPhone 5s stuck on 4013 error with iTunes update! Tried a hard reset and different computers but problem persists. Any help would be appreciated as phone is stuck on apple logo or itunes support restore page.

Error 4013 when restoring iPhone 7 with iTunes my I phone just started turning on and off but not passing the Apple logo so I decided to update and it didn’t work so now I’m trying to restore and it’s giving me the 4013 error! I tried different cables different computers and it’s stI’ll not helping

Note that your computer must have iTunes version 12.7.4 or later.
