My watch started to display move calories as kcal I tried changing but it will not go back to cal. Any ideas?

the activity app changed to kcal and I cannot change it back. Tried toggleing it and it did not change. Any ideas ?

Specifically, follow the steps in this section to change the metric back to calories:

Change the distance and calorie metrics

When you set your goal before a workout, you can change the metrics:1

To switch between calories and kilojoules, firmly press the calorie goal screen.

To switch between miles or kilometers, firmly press the distance goal screen.

To switch between yards or meters while swimming,2 firmly press the distance goal screen or the pool length screen.

You can also change your metrics on your iPhone:

Open the Health app, tap the Health Data tab, then tap Activity.

Choose a workout, then tap unit. After you choose, the Health, Activity, and Workout apps will all use that setting.

Be sure to follow the steps to change the metrics in the Health app on your iPhone section. This will ensure that going forward, your metrics in the Activity app will default to calories.
