Updating apps/cannot change region
I have a problem whenever I try to update apps. It says that I need to update my payment information since my credit card is cancelled. I just moved to another country and I got a new card but for it to work, I need to change the country/region so I can input the correct billing address. The problem is that every time I try to change the country it says "you cannot change the store front information for your account at this time." All of my subscriptions are expired and I do not have any store credit. How can I resolve this issue?
