How I can take pride watchface in Russia

Hard to say. According to the Keynote for WWDC, it was supposed to become available after 12:00 noon, PDT. It is supposed to be available through the Watch app on the iPhone, when you go to the Face Gallery. I just opened mine, and it appears under New in watchOS.

Make sure that your phone is updated to iOS 11.4, and your Watch is on watchOS 4.3.1.

Or it may be something that is rolling out in groups, and has not made it there yet. I would wait and see what happens, but give it some time.
