macOS update not showing

Hi, I am currently using macOS 10.13.4, and I couldn't find macOS 10.13.5 update in my app store updates page. I tried clearing cache and rebooting, and it still doesn't show up.

There is only a download button on the High Sierra page, but when I click on it, it says "10.13.4 is already installed on this computer. Use the Updates page to install the 10.13.5 update. If you would like to download the full macOS installer, click Continue."

Is there any way to update the macOS instead of downloading the whole system?

Yes go to here, Download macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 Update once downloaded double click to install.

Ignore the date on it, it is another example of Apples infinite loopiness as the download was posted on May 29th.
