Be Back Soon??

I have the same issue. I'm trying to open a repair but their support page is always down, I have been trying in the past 2 weeks.

I am not able to chat with the support, see support phone numbers too. I have NEVER seen a service so poor.

The page always says: "We'll be back soon"

Hello, i run a Win 7 PC using Chrome 66. This is what i get when i visit

But when i use an user agent switcher (it "changes" the OS to win10), then there is no problem anymore.

I tried 6 Windows PCs. All Win7 PCs have this Problem.

There is no difference wich browser is used.

Must it be like this or is it a mistake?

Same here. Trying to purchase apps from ipad got locked up. No support, no help... Apple site "We'll be back soon"

Time to switch to Google.

This is the same site I find over my log in page.

When you try to get a repair, it will not work when you are usine windows 7.

Just resond "We'll be back soon". With an user agent switcher (website will think i am using win10) there is no problem.
