I had the same issue. The website appears to be down for at least two days.

I used the Apple Support App on my iPhone successfully, instead.

until apple fixes the website. use the apple support app or use the safari browser from iphone/ipad it will redirect apple app for support

https://getsupport.apple.com seems to be down for Windows 7 users at present. I believe it is an error in the script that builds custom versions of the page depending on which browser is detected. See ASC and Window 7 for a workaround or visit the site from an iOS device, Windows 8, Windows, 10, Mac, etc.

Usually you'll see that message when Apple is busy updating ASC, not very frequently. I haven't seen it at all recently and I tend to use ASC daily. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.

Here's a workaround: If you use Maxthon browser, you may change the Customize UserAgent String setting and choose iPad. The Apple support site will then be accessible. Other browsers that let you change the UserAgent String might also work.

Try another browser, like firefox.

Can you post the link you are using and getting that response?

It might be a possible localization error when combined with browser detection. Chrome (66/67) is working fine here in the UK on a number of Windows 7 boxes for me.

You actually have to use another Apple product to go to their support scheduling site! It's just plain evil.

I and other have found that ASC works better with a non-Apple browser like Firefox.

I see the same issue with https://getsupport.apple.com on Windows 7 with 3 different browsers. I've reported it to the moderators here who can hopefully track down the right team to get it fixed.

You can set your browser's user agent to fool ASC. Here is how:
