After updating my Apple Watch to OS 4.3.1 the battery charge now will not last one day. Before the update the battery would be around 75% at the end of the day. Are others seeing this issue?

Same issue with me. Do we know when the next watch OS upgrade will be?
Along with battery drain mine doesn’t react to my wrist movement. All since new iOS update. I’ve restarted to no avail.
Mine is original watch and issue was resolved by me thoroughly cleaning back of battery. Have had no issues since doing it 2 days ago.
