Could changing an iPhone battery have an effect on antenna function?

i recently had my iPhone 6 battery changed at an Apple store. Since then I’ve been having problems with weak or no signal using the GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and with making phone calls. There were no problems before the battery change. Does it seem reasonable that the antenna or some other part of the phone was damaged during the battery cha ge to cause these problems? The warranty for the phone is long expired, but I think there is a warranty with the battery change.

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
