I really would like to have Safari installed in my office Windows PC, and I wonder why Apple cancelled the Safari updates for this OS.
Is it a temporary decision or will it be a permanent and definitive policy?

but, considering Microsoft withdrew Internet Explorer support for Mac OS years ago and has not reinstated it, I do not believe anything will change.
Apple stopped developing Safari for Windows in 2012, so I'd say its pretty final.
As to why the stopped, or if they ever plan on producing another version of Windows only they know, and they have not said.

Personally I give you about the same chances as a snowball in your know where.
I use a Windows Pc in my office and an iMac at home so I want to use the same browser in both locations. I currently use Chrome at both places mainly because I can have the same bookmarks wherever I go. But for some special programs (Zimbra mail) they work better in Firefox so I wanted to test Safari instead because I like it more.
Another nuisance is not having IExplorer in the Mac because some Banks design their web pages only or mainly for IExplorer... So I have to have this old fashioned browser too
seems to be some kind of retaliation, unfortunately we users get caught in the crossfire.
Why do you think you need Safari on Windows?
It appears Apple doesn't agree with the need for a version of Safari for Windows.
will Safari be available for Windows in the future or is it a final decision?
