iPhone X screen is not responding

My iPhone X screen vent unresponsive. I was listening to audiobooks and when tried to unlock my iPhone by swiping up, the phone was not responding.

Actions taken:

Phone restarted repeatedly in usual way. (Can not swipe up to open after restart)
Hard restart by pressing volume and side buttons in required order. (Can not swipe up to open after restart)
Restore mode by connecting to computer and restarting iPhone in restore mode with factory setting.

When Hello screen comes with Swipe up to open invitation screen responsive to side moves by the finger but not responding swipe up to open.

The phone X purchased 6 month ago and installed with latest updates and iOS.

Do you have any suggestions on above?

iPhone X, iOS 11.4

Make an appointment with the nearest Apple store genius bar for an evaluation.

You cannot "roll back" iOS versions. Take it to get a diagnostics test done at the genius bar.

They can run a diagnostics on it that will tell you if it is one or the other.

I am just trying to understand is it hardware or software problem. Apple stope will not help much on the spot. This glitch is very strange. When after complete phone reboot and reset to factory settings I can not swap it open.

I am very disappointed to have the problem on 1000$ phone which my mom does not have on 200$ Lenovo.

I would be going to Genius bar. The problem that I am visiting Canada. And the problem with the phone happened at this very moment. Now I am limited with communications and transportation as well. That's why I am trying get it fixed by my own with community help.
