iPhone X led leak

My iphone x recently had a fall it wasn’t that big and my screen is intact but I noticed a purplish blackish blob on the screen and it’s slowly spreading , I’m not close to an Apple store we don’t have one in my country !! I’m wondering if it’s going to cause any damages if it keeps spreading because right now everything is working just fine ! I’m not traveling out anytime soon ! It may take month ! before I can get it to an Apple store
