My iMac won’t start up even the loading bar is finished

When I open my iMac the back background with an apple icon and the loading bar pop up as usual but when the loading bar was finished loading my iMac never pop the screen for me to open it. I’ve waited for 2hrs and still nothing happen.

I’ve try to open it with recovery mode but after I restart me Mac it still stuck there.

Plz help
