How to enable a disabled iPhone?

If your phone is disabled then it's too late for you to try to save data, this should be done on a regular basis not in time of crisis, your only option is to restore your phone using itues

Once a device is actually showing “disabled” the only thing you can do is restore it in itunes. If you do not already have a backup in iCloud or iTunes to restore it with, then you will inherently loose data. There is no alternative to that with a disabled device.

I know my id The phone screen was cracked I got it fixed and then received the message Everything is backed up. Just will not allow me into the phone after it was repaired

If you are getting a message that your phone is disabled, then you need to restore it through iTunes on your computer then reload your most recent backup. See the link posted above.
