You need to follow the instructions in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
[edited by poster to remove now irrelevant information]
Try taking a moment to actually read at least one of the pages in this discussion thread.
Try reading the posts in this thread. You will find the answer.
Maybe you need help for a disabled phone. Disabling a phone is easy. Turn it off, remove the SIM, whatever. If you wish to restore a disabled phone, then see the link I provided above. If you are referring to something else, please explain.

My iphone app was locked bacause of mg billings for my apps. I want to make my payment for my game app. How can i pay? Please help me. Tnx
This has nothing to do with a phone being disabled. While I would normally say to start your own thread to ask the question and wait for an answer, it is easier to tell you to contact iTunes support.
Apple cannot disconnect your phone. I suggest you try and explain the problem clearly. It wouldn't help if you started your own question with details of your issue. See this and come back with your question. Writing an effective Apple Support Commun… - Apple Community
Don’t we all sometimes need help. If you would like to explain your problem, we will try to help. Also, unless your problem is related to this thread, you may already have an answer here. If it is not related to this thread, please start your own.
Logging into your iTunes account has absolutely nothing with the fact that you phone is disabled... Try actually READING the thread before posting.
One more time: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
The original post that you are responding to is over 1 year old now and the answer has been provided multiple times since then. Thanks for the suggestion, but next time you may want to look at the history of the thread you are posting to.

6 pages in this thread and counting...
Try reading at least one of them.
This has been answered multiple times.

It looks like you haven’t read any part of this thread or you would have your answer. Go back and read the thread.
I am trying to read the answers here as i have this problem too (been trying to solve last 2 and half hours grrrrrrr) and some answers say to click on thread/link above - then i cant see no bloody link above or whatever!
I failed to unlock my iphone 6's passcode lastnight then after trying it unsuccessfully all day my phone's now completely disabled! Have installed both itunes and icloud on my sons laptop and managed to sign in both correctly (i seem to have two apple id accounts though so not sure which is currently correct for my device), but icloud is failing to locate my device saying it is 'offline'.
I have tried following instructions to switch device off then holding down 'home' button connect to usb to laptop at same time but same screen appears when re-started saying 'iphone is disabled', 'connect to itunes' - i keep doing to no avail....help!!!

It is so sad that some people don't use any of the sync and backup features that Apple provides, then blame Apple for their negligence. What ever happened to personal responsibility?
It went out the window when we started giving kids 'participation trophies' just for showing up and stopped recognizing actual achievements because those who didn't 'win' had their feelings hurt.
That is a shame. If you take some time to read through the 13 pages of this thread, you will locate the answer several times. The posts with the answer contain a link you can click on with directions on how to regain control of your device if it is disabled. Good luck.

I got no help
This is a user-to-user technical support forum, it is not a chat service. You will get an answer when a user-volunteer sees your post and thinks they can help. That can be a few minutes, hours or even a day later. Expecting an answer within 2 minutes is quite unreasonable. In addition, you posted to the end of a discussion that has been going on over a year ago and that already has over 200 replies, so the chances of anyone seeing your request are vanishingly small. Plus the fact that your post has nothing to do with the subject of the thread. You will get much better responses if you create a totally NEW post and put a summary of your issue in the subject of the post. You can do that by clicking the “Post” link at the top of every page.
Take the time to read through the 16 pages of this thread before posting a "me too" post. The answer to your question has been posted at least once on every page of this thread. It is a link in blue lettering.
