You need to follow the instructions in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

This has nothing to do with a phone being disabled. While I would normally say to start your own thread to ask the question and wait for an answer, it is easier to tell you to contact iTunes support.

I am trying to read the answers here as i have this problem too (been trying to solve last 2 and half hours grrrrrrr) and some answers say to click on thread/link above - then i cant see no bloody link above or whatever!

I failed to unlock my iphone 6's passcode lastnight then after trying it unsuccessfully all day my phone's now completely disabled! Have installed both itunes and icloud on my sons laptop and managed to sign in both correctly (i seem to have two apple id accounts though so not sure which is currently correct for my device), but icloud is failing to locate my device saying it is 'offline'.

I have tried following instructions to switch device off then holding down 'home' button connect to usb to laptop at same time but same screen appears when re-started saying 'iphone is disabled', 'connect to itunes' - i keep doing to no avail....help!!!

It is so sad that some people don't use any of the sync and backup features that Apple provides, then blame Apple for their negligence. What ever happened to personal responsibility?

It went out the window when we started giving kids 'participation trophies' just for showing up and stopped recognizing actual achievements because those who didn't 'win' had their feelings hurt.

I got no help

This is a user-to-user technical support forum, it is not a chat service. You will get an answer when a user-volunteer sees your post and thinks they can help. That can be a few minutes, hours or even a day later. Expecting an answer within 2 minutes is quite unreasonable. In addition, you posted to the end of a discussion that has been going on over a year ago and that already has over 200 replies, so the chances of anyone seeing your request are vanishingly small. Plus the fact that your post has nothing to do with the subject of the thread. You will get much better responses if you create a totally NEW post and put a summary of your issue in the subject of the post. You can do that by clicking the “Post” link at the top of every page.
