It isn’t clear whether you have a disabled phone or whether you have a disabled account, or both. So here are all of the possible answers:

My iphone 11 pro doesn't have the kind of plug to connect to my imac for restoring in itunes
Your phone has a standard lightning connector, and the phone came with a lightning to USB cable.
Your iPhone 11 Pro came with a Lightning to USB-C cable, you will either need an adapter or use an older iPhone cable to connect to your computer.
