This is not a chat, it is a user-to-user technical support forum. All questions here are answered by volunteer users. You will get an answer when another user thinks they might be able to help you. Additionally, you didn’t start with a new post; you tagged on to a 3 year old thread with 51 pages, that contains 750 posts before your posts. It is only by luck that I saw your post.

It isn’t clear whether you have a disabled phone or whether you have a disabled account, or both. So here are all of the possible answers:

If your phone is disabled See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Or watch this companion video ⬇️

If it is your Apple ID that is disabled, click the link below that most closely matches the disabled message:

Hello MuneeraAziz,

There is NO WAY you can restore your device, unless you have backed it up before you forgot the passcode. If you have, you can restore the device after you remove the passcode. If not, you WILL have to erase all your phone data, and other important information you may have. To remove your passcode, you require a computer. Borrow one from a friend, or buy one at an Apple Store. If your using Windows, download the ITunes app. For more information, look at this link provided by Apple:

Have a great day and let us know the results.

If it’s disabled it is too late to get anything off of it. That’s what backups and iCloud sync are for. If you didn’t do either you will have to start over with a clean slate.

It’s an interesting idea. The problem is parsing the question to determine which automated response to use; that would need an AI app, possible, but it would take some serious development. The replies in this thread are close to being automated responses; a number of us just copy and paste the contents from this tip: My iPhone is disabled - Apple Community. You are welcome to use it if you want to.

I have a database of common responses (in Evernote) that I will copy and paste if the question is clear. They have the advantage over a fully automated response that I can customize them where the situation warrants.

One of the regulars here (Kappy) did implement a semi-automated response; sadly, he passed away on December 16, 2020.

I appreciate you taking an interest in ASC and contributing as you have been.

I updated my credit card and my account is still disabled

What does this have to do with the subject of this thread, which is about disabled iPhones, not disabled Apple IDs?

See this Apple support link➡️Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

And note this statement from that link:

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
