Phone states it is disabled. How do I enable ?

i got my screen fixed and when i collected my phone it says connectto itunes.

Had a cracked screen repaired, but got phone back disabled.

U have my I phone 8 locked. U are to call me on my locked phone but I do not have a SIM card installed. U will need to email me or call my other phone. Thank u, gene estes
