HBO GO Icon on iPAD2?

I downloaded HBOGO on my Ipad2 (yes, I know, way outdated, but still works), and I don't see an icon for it. Any idea where it hides? I looked in all my folders.

Did you check all of your home pages? Did you try a spotlight search for the app? If you search, does it show Open?
