Hi I have bought an iPad 6th gen 32 gb wifi version from Singapore. I am from India. Do I need to carrier unlock it to use it here? Is there any restriction to use that iPad in India?

There would be no carrier lock on a wi-fi only device. Carrier lock has to do with cellular devices, and you have a wi-fi device. You can use a wi-fi device anywhere that you can connect to wi-fi.
