iPhone X, IOS 11.4, Waze Version 4.39.2
Been having this no GPS issue for some time now. Did all the recommended troubleshooting to no avail. It was resolved with Waze Version 4.39. Well the bug is back with this latest update. The app works perfectly on my iPhone 6s. Why is the GPS signal so unreliable on apples latest iPhone?
Does Apple Maps work? Does Find My iPhone work? Is Waze the only app that you are having troubles with? You do not indicate any others. I've not experienced issues with the GPS on my iPhone X, but I do not often use Waze.
Yes, Find My Phone works fine. Apple Maps and Google Maps work but spotty. Today I decided to leave the Waze App running on a 20 minute drive. After about 15 minutes I finally got a GPS signal. My Iphone 6S caught a signal instantly. I called my service provider here in Manila and apparently, I'm not the only one having this issue. They're aware of the problem but have no answers. Guess I'll have to wait for a fix. I'm not sure where the problem lies. I've tried all baisic Iphone GPS troubleshooting suggestions to no avail.
