My brother printer is not working! Help !

I have a brother printer HL-2270DW. My printer is showing that the toner is finished but I had recently installed a new toner cartridge but the toner won't go off. My another problem is that I see my printer visible in the control panel under category printers and faxes but I removed all the other options in this folder in hurry.

My last problem with brother printer is that the computer can't see the printer the printer is wireless and is connected by a USB cord.

I have the Brother printer drivers and utilities cd. can you please help me!how I can use my Printer. I have touch screen HP desktop computer hooked up directly to the router for cable internet and the printer is directly hooked up to the computer by a USB cord and wireless .

I am really ****** off by the above issues with my brother printer, I have also referred to the blog as " How to fix brother printer is not responding" written by Thomas Sebastian, But I didn't get my issue resolved Please help me!
