Camera App goes black after ios 11.4 update

So yesterday I updated to ios 11.4 and my camera app went black. I cant take pictures with the front or rear camera. Rebooting and hard resetting did not help!!!!

Just turn iPhone off then back on again.

Go to books download ios 11 user guide it.s Free.
