Hello i wanted to know how to unblock iphone 5s, i recently bought an iphone but used, there were data and contacts of the old host, i decided to reset the iphone but could not so i went to the service center they asked me for it but now the iphone asks for a password and login from the oldone owner of icloud

Before you sell an iPhone/iPad, you need to erase all your content and data from it by going to:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Data
This will prompt a message on the screen asking to deactivate "Find my iPhone" where his password is required. After doing this the iPhone will restore to Factory settings. Now you can activate the iPhone on your Apple ID.
You will need to contact the seller, and let him do this reset. Or ask a refund. You can't unlock an iPhone that's bound to someone's Apple ID.

If you need a 3rd confirmation, the phone you bought is absolutely useless to you without the assistance of the previous owner. It's more likely you purchased a lost or stolen phone and you will never be able to use the phone. Return it immediately for a refund or enjoy your new paperweight in the shape of an iPhone.
