Invalid country cd problem

Every time i try to reset my security questions i get this message (invalid country cd) I am dissapointed apple doesnt have email support. I am from Serbia we have many Apple users here,we dont have our contact service or language. Like we doesnt exist for Apple. You ask me to call? But call who? there is no contact service for my country...

Impossible from Italy to reset security questions/answers. If I go in the support page and try the flow to reset the security questions/answers (forgot), it says: We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions. If I follow the instructions contained in an other thread and go here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204169 or here https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html, Italy has this block: Italy Get support now Visit Apple Support Every link redirects me in the same page to restart the flow and again: We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions. No real support there, no chat, no phones. How is this possible? This is very frustrating!!

Getting "invalid country cd" while trying to reset security questions My account has been hacked by someone and then locked by Apple. I've reset the password, but currently I cannot log in anyway, because I am asked to provide answers to security questions which I do not remember. I cannot reset security questions because I am constantly getting weird error message "invalid country cd". The question is: how can I gain control over my account and reset those questions?

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If the initial contact can’t help you, ask them to have someone who can help contact you.
