Dispute with Apple

I am in the midst of a dispute with Apple New Zealand. To bring the matter before the NZ Disputes Tribunal I need the name of, and contact details for, a senior Apple manager in NZ. Could someone please advise how I do this? Or tell me the name and contact details for such a person in NZ? I am based in Hamilton. Thanks.

Sorry we cannot help this is just a user to user forum nobody hear works for Apple
