New Kingston DataTraveler SE9H format error -69877

Ok so, i have an old DataTraveler SE9H 32g that I´m trying to format to Mac OS Exteded (Journaled).

I tried disk utility, terminal format and in CMD+R login DiskUtility and it gives me always the same error -69877.

Once the error happens i loose sight of my pendrive and i need to replugit to the mac. (Macbook Air mid 2012) and (Macbook pro 2018) same issue both.

So i thought "ok, my pendrive is broken". I bought a new one, same (Kingston DataTraveler SE9H 32g), i like them because they are really small, and tried to format having the same error as result.

I went to my windows pc and formatted both just fine, but i cant give Mac OS Exteded (Journaled) on windows and I want to make a clone of my mac because Bootcamp lost 40g of my main drive in a ghost partition and i need to reformat the HD.
