Chroma Setting Apple TV 4K

I have my Apple TV 4K set up over an Belkin High Speed cable directly to my 2016 Vizio P65 and I have no Chroma setting on my Apple TV. I have full 4K for Dolby Vision and HDR @60hz available and have checked to confirm Full UHD color is turned on but still no Chroma setting to change. Anyone else have this issue?

I have tried the different HDMI 2.1 cables from Belkin (Ultra High Speed recommended by Apple) and also another one with a higher data rate the KabelDirek Ultra High Speed (4K at 120 Hz, 8K at 60Hz and 10K at 30Hz at 48 Gbit / s and UHD II) (Maximum functionality: HDMI 2.1 standard supports 48Gbit / s UHD-II resolutions, such as 7680 × 4320 (8K) or 10240 × 4320 (10K), 3D video, 48-bit colors and functions such as Dynamic HDR / HDR10 + , VRR, ALLM, HFR and eARC (Dolby Atmos / DTS: X) but none of them achieve the 4.4.4 chrominance. Does anyone know how to get this Chrominance upgrade to 4.4.4? Thanks

So I hope it is okay, if I start a new one :). I am using Apple TV 4K to watch content on my Philips 65OLED754. I have severe color banding when watching dolby vision content. The TV also displays 8 bit color depth instead of 12 bit. I couldn't find a solution so far. Even the main Apple TV menu shows color banding when set to dolby vision. Does anyone know a solution? I would be very happy :). Thanks and kind regards Marcel

Apple TV 4K not displaying Dolby vision. Is there a way to force the Apple TV 4K to send Dolby Vision? My AVR supports Dolby vision pass through. Dolby vision in my 4K Blu-ray player works through the AVR, Chromecast plus sends Dolby vision through the AVR. Apple TV 4K only sends the standard 4K, in setup 4K dolby vision isn’t an option. What is different about the Apple product that it doesn’t work?

Chroma only appears under HDR and is not present under Dolby Vision.
