Keyboard letter size

Is there a way to make the letters on the iPhone screen keyboard larger other than turning it sideways? I have turned on Bold Text which helps. Using Zoom just a little helps but would like to know if there is a way to increase size without using this approach as it is not real stable. Thanks!
