"The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition"

I reseted my windows on bootcamp and chose to format all the stations(yes I know, stupid), so first I lost my Mac OS, then I reinstalled it and then I lost my window os.

So I reinstalled Mac OS via CMD+R and now I want to use Bootcamp Assistant to install windows again.

but I get this message:

The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition.

The startup disk must be formatted as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows
