No Info tab in iTunes12 / Win10, June 2018

iTunes 12 on my old Win10 laptop happily sync'd my iPhone and iPad with Outlook 2013. On my new Win10 laptop with Office 365, there is no Info tab against the device when I connect it.

I removed the old laptop from my iPhone/iPad and uninstalled iTunes on my old PC.

The new one has a very slightly later version of iTunes 12. I've uninstalled and re-installed it. Still the same. I can't find an answer when I google the problem (for older versions of iTunes and Windows, yes, but not recent ones).

Any ideas?

Select the device first using the icon for it next to the media selection drop down menu.

I am not exactly sure what you mean by "no info tab", unless you mean iTunes does not recognize your iPhone. If so, perhaps the "If you use a Windows PC" section of this article will help:

Sorry. I meant that when I connect my iPhone X, iPhone 6 or iPad to iTunes, in each case the product is recognised but there is no Info tab, so I can't configure Outlook sync.

I've been doing this for many years with various levels of iTunes and Windows, but I can't find a way of showing the Info tab.

Perfect! Thank you. I'm sorry to have wasted your and javaliga's time. When I saw the device on the left, complete with all the other tabs, it didn't occur to me to use the device selection icon.
